  • The bundle option allows you purchase all three Flex programs - Flex Your Mind, Flex Your Muscle, and Flex Your Might for the optimal training experience. This powerful combination will prime athletes for success and career longevity by providing them with strategies and game-changing tools. Each course offers unique techniques and critical information needed to up-level their ability to train, practice, play, and recover.

  • No, they are not. Due to the proprietary nature of the information in these courses, which you will receive instantly and gain lifetime access to, Julie cannot provide refunds.

  • Yes! Depending on which program you choose, you will have either 4 or 8 private sessions with Julie - either virtually or in person. If you select the bundle option, you will receive a series of 20 sessions with Julie to address each various component of the three programs. Beyond the 1:1 sessions, she will also be available for mid-week check-ins, email support, and follow up sessions at a reduced rate once you’ve completed the course.

  • Absolutely! These programs are designed with deeply committed high-performance athletes in mind, however, athletes from any walks of life will be able to apply the principles and techniques discussed to enhance their performance. If you are looking to learn more about the mechanics of how to properly train - physically and mentally - to deliver your best on the field or the court, then these courses are for you.

  • Flex Your Mind and Flex Your Muscle are 8 week programs and include one weekly session with Julie, as well as mid-week check-ins. Flex Your Might is a 4 week program. All programs have follow up sessions available at a reduced rate upon completion.

  • Julie Mackey is a certified yoga mobility coach and meditation teacher who integrates her training as a complement to sports programming. She has ten years of experience working with competitive/recreational athletes, performers, corporate executives, and professional sports teams to bridge the gap between mental and physical performance.

    She has a B.A. from Purdue University and has trained with the following associations, amongst several more.

    • Yoga Tune Up® Mentorship, Jill Miller, C-IAYT, E-RYT (2019 to present)

    • Buteyko Clinic Breathing for Focus Study, Patrick McKeown (2022)

    • Your Spine, Your Yoga - Stuart McGill, PhD & Bernie Clark, E-CYT (2020)

    • The Science of Well Being - Yale University, Laurie Santos, PhD (2020)

  • Yes! Upon purchasing a single program or the bundle, you will receive access to the video library, which you will have lifetime access to. Julie will also be in touch within 24-48 hours to schedule your first initial session to review your goals and your needs.

  • Yes! Julie offers private sessions - for a minimum of 8 weeks - to individual athletes looking for more hands on support. She also offers athletic team training, where she works alongside coaches to strengthen player mindset, reduce game play stress, enhance team spirit, and build mental toughness alongside physical strength.

    Julie also offers corporate wellness services to reinvigorate employees and equip them with the self-care skills and tools they need to reclaim their power and sense of drive.
