Ask me what I care most about in my work… and you’ll probably get a long list of reasons because I love the benefits and it helps you become mentally and physically stronger!
But if there’s one thing I’ve come to appreciate most about being a mobility and mental performance coach, it’s how seamlessly what I teach my high-performing athletes translates into other populations, especially the workplace — yes, that’s right! (You wouldn’t be the first person to ask why I offer training to corporate clients, too!) Do you sit at a desk or stand on your feet for most of your day at work?
